Signing in to TopFX from Malaysia
Two different sign-ins sit behind one brand: the broker’s client portal, and the trading terminal, which is separate software. This page explains which is which, and which company holds the Malaysian account.

Platform sign-in is separate: the cTrader web terminal is at ct.topfx.com, MT4 uses the servers TopFXGlobal-Demo Server and TopFXGlobal-Live Server, and MT5 uses TopFX-Live. This page is an independent informational resource and is not a sign-in page for the broker.
Where the Malaysian sign-in actually lives
Two separate sign-ins exist. The client portal at login.topfx.com.sc and signup.topfx.com.sc is operated by TopFX Global Ltd, Seychelles registration 8424819-1, FSA Securities Dealer Licence No. SD037; onboarding and money run through it. The terminal is separate software: the cTrader web terminal at ct.topfx.com, MT4 on TopFXGlobal-Live Server, MT5 on TopFX-Live. Dormancy is billed from the portal side as well: ToB 11.26 charges 5 USD, EUR, GBP or CHF, or 600 JPY, per month after 90 calendar days with no trading activity.
- Open the broker's Malaysian contour directly at top-my.com/bvi/en, or start from topfx.com, which 302-redirects there from a Malaysian IP.
- Sign in at login.top-my.com with the e-mail and password registered with the broker. Credentials belong on the broker's own hosts and never on an introducing-broker page, so check the host in the address bar before typing them.
- Open a live account through the same portal at login.top-my.com if you do not have one yet; the country selector on that form lists Malaysia.
- Choose one of the 3 account types - Growth, Zero or Pro - remembering the account currency is USD or EUR only, with no MYR option.
- Connect a platform separately: cTrader (Windows, the ct.topfx.com web terminal, iOS, Android), MT4 (desktop, iOS, Android) or MT5 (iOS and Android only, live server TopFX-Live).
Protecting the sign-in, and what this site never asks for
Reset a forgotten password from the portal at login.top-my.com rather than from any link sent by e-mail, and confirm the host before entering credentials. This site is an independent introducing-broker guide and never collects TopFX login details.
A Malaysian client is onboarded by TopFX Markets Limited, a British Virgin Islands company, registration no. 2116078, holding FSC BVI licence SIBA/L/23/1161. Opening topfx.com from a Malaysian IP returns a 302 to top-my.com/bvi/en, and the page data reads userCountry=my with jurisdiction=bvi; the permitted jurisdictions are sc and bvi, and Malaysia is absent from the 23-country exclusion list. The Cyprus company TopFX Ltd holds CySEC licence 138/11 dated 19/04/2011 but states it does not offer services to retail clients and individual investors, so Cypriot investor protection is not what a Malaysian account runs under. Risk disclosure: 85.19% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider.
The corporate side of this is checkable rather than taken on trust: the Cyprus entity’s authorisation, its licence number and the third countries it has notified are published in the CySEC public register entry for TopFX Ltd, and the terminals themselves are independent products — see the background on MetaTrader.
